A unique prospect in LUCA Academy is that during the start of every new term, we hold an entry point session to orientate our students to the new theme’s ideation and thought process. We design and conduct various activities, which portray the core concepts related to the design of the theme. However, for the first time, due to the current situation, we are conducting an E-Entry point session, for which we wish to encourage parents to join in with their children, to experience the core values that we wish to teach to our students.

For term 1 & 2/2020, we are introducing the theme called “Empowerment of Past, Present, and Future”. Our team of dedicated teachers has designed various sessions to carry the key messages of the concepts to the students. In total for this term, we have four entry point sessions, all of which are incorporated with an interesting activity. Overall, for this theme, we wish to teach our students the value of time. Time is a precious aspect of everyone’s life, and the ability to manage one’s time appropriately is a key marketing value of a person in today's world. We hope to instill the value of time management in our students by teaching them the ABCD’s Matrix System of time management. We are also promoting the three simple values of time management, which are Prioritization, Organization, and Realization. These key values are all factors in improving skills in time management. The prospect of what is being taught to our students is very valuable even to work adults. Therefore, we believe parents will not regret spending some time and investing in joining our four unique entry point activities. We suggest to do 2 activities per day, students will be able to complete all 4 entry point activities by 31st March 2020. If students find that they don’t have enough time to complete two activities per day, students can do 1 activity per day and end all your entry point activities by 2nd April 2020.
